Hey y’all!

Hope everyone’s out there living there best life! I’ve been quiet on the socials but make no mistake, I’ve got my ears pinned back and wide open making it happen!

The last few weeks I have put two big deals together that are requiring all of my attention. So there’s a time for play and a time for work. Right now, it’s time for me to take advantage of the opportunites that have come my way.

One was a for a property that ending up in a bidding war with some public REITs, THAT was exciting for this high school dropout. The second, is something I can’t talk about yet but it’s a MAJOR life change coming up. So excited!!

Picked up two car washes that were off market. Don’t ask me why. But as I stated earlier. There’s no reasoning for any of the moves I’ve made lately other than to blame it either on my losing my mind or chalking it up to the mid life crisis.

Lastly, I’ll be working hard to get the gas station community off the ground the next few weeks. We have 6 podcasts lined up that will really bring the gas biz into focus for those who want to learn more. The topics we have lined up are:
