What's the Gas Man up to now?

I’ve said this 100’s of times. I love the process and don’t really concern myself with the outcome, it’s just how I roll. My belief has always been that if I truly love what I’m doing, and am good at it, the rest will take care of itself.

This is the reason why I quit the weekly newsletters. I didn’t love it and I didn’t think I was good at it. So here we are.

But I do think there’s much better content I can provide outside of X which leads me to something that I am enjoying. Still waiting to be good but that will come in time because I love the process.

I rolled out my first YouTube video this week that’s detailing a group of bastard properties I acquired from an estate. It all ties back to the GBG 911 bit that I’m doing on Twitter. It’s my quest to buy my dream car by wheeling and dealing in my favorite asset class. GAS.

I am flipping, rehabbing, wholesaling and possibly even new construction. Each week I’ll drop one video where you can keep up with where I’m at in the process.
